Please don't feel like you have to apologize -- you're doing a good thing by trying to not indulge the suicidal thoughts! Trying to reach out and interact with others and distracting yourself from wading deeper into the whirlpool of negative thoughts is difficult but good and shows your perseverance. It also shows your heart is in the right place (especially when compared to the people bashing Gaga) -- to be able to care about Gaga, her injured friend, and her dogs, even when you're going through such difficult things yourself.
