I don't! I literally just said "It didn't deserve AOTY" because that is my opinion. I don't care if you think it's some perfect work of art.

Boring anyway wasnt going to watch, Im sorry yeah Im an asshole and so rude but performers r so damn boring nowadays with such bad mediocre songs (there r always small little tiny exceptions but they r old and in the game for a long time)

i think that people are laying into regina george & dua for no reason really. so what if they share a different opinion? i don’t think chromatica deserved an AOTY nom either & i’m a gaga stan since 2009/2010  like, don’t get me wrong, chromatica is FANTASTIC. it really did the damn thing, but it was lacking some sort of “completeness” in a sense. future nostalgia delivered a full era though, with remixes, with videos, with performances... and while that isn’t factored into AOTY, it really solidified future nostalgia as one of my top albums in such a bleak year, and personally, i think that deserves a nom.

(edit: though, i do agree that future nostalgia’s production & lyrical content was nothing “new” per se. again, that’s just my opinion. plus, as scammy as it is, i don’t think the grammy committee wanted two dance pop albums in AOTY.)

people are allowed different opinions. people are allowed different thoughts on the grammy noms. people are allowed different faves. there is ZERO need to argue over it. 

 

anyways, on topic, excited for whoever will perform! i hope gaga performs. perhaps a chromatica medley? i’d love something with alice in it... or replay

Meh. Grammys lost credibility when they snubbed Ariana a few years ago. 

Also, whilst Future Nostalgia is the best pop album nominated, it doesn't compare to Chromatica in the slightest. Nothing on FN production wise is groundbreaking, inspired or relatively new/innovative  

On top of that, she's probably been the only musician that's been extremely problematic in travelling during a pandemic and she should absolutely be called out on it/dealt with appropriately imo. SMH

This, Lol. Whilst Dua's had a lot of success, she's yet to show any depth or artist integrity. Her career is a lot more similar to Katy's than Gaga.

And in my opinion nor Chromatica or Future Nostalgia deserve a grammy. It's okay to have different opinions let's chill  (not u but in general)
