People keep trying to rehash decades old music and try to make it modern when I feel many artists are too scared, lazy, or uninspired to experiment and try to push the boundaries of what tomorrow's music could be...now everyone just samples, nostalgia overload, and just wanna play safe... Does every artist need to be this way...no but it just irritates me to see a young female artist living in 2021 saying her new album will sound like 60s/70s music... It won't sound like 60/70s music as in like old music, but rather will have that warped "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" kind of spirit.
