The picture says joyous celebration and its spot on for an inauguration.

I wish I hadn't seen the comment about the hair.    I'm ranging between  and  about the whole ceremony.

Reporting says 20,000 troops, so that should be good and impressive. It would be cute if she can thank the troops for their service with a geniune smile up close and personal. Also, I hope her security people are hooked into event security at least on a basic as needed level.  I worry too much mostly.  Also, if her voice will be better not too cold, then she shouldn't be standing outside in the cold for very long.
