We been knew. Who cares. There are a ton of other accolades that are far more genuine and actually care for the art, music awards that caters to quality. Yet you are so focused on the grammys.

 

they are not gonna change so as long as the music industry stays the capitalist machine that it is.

 

If she really cared about integrity in the music industry she wouldn’t be jumping on this bandwagon and instead be promoting these smaller festivals and awards. Bringing them to light. The more we talk about the grammys the more we give them.

How is this brave? Everyone has done this since the the grammys conception. It’s not gonna change and she knows this, everyone does. This is a ploy to make her look “woke” and progressive. If she feels like the grammys are a scam she would be investing and promoting other alternatives.

 

Ever wonder why you don’t see indie and smaller artists complain why they were not nominated for the grammys? Cause they don’t care and they know it’s a scam. Instead they celebrate the ones that matter and actively bring it to light. While one the otherhand You have these big names who imo are really only doing this because of vanity. It's not that Gaga doesn't deserve her Grammys but she knows how to play the game so that she isn't "accidentally' overlooked.
