I like Chromatica. I really like the songs, fun, upbeat.  Rain on Me deserves to be on her top hits list. If she did the songs for us instead of for her, then I apreciate that too. I read somewhere that there was supposed to be a coachella performance that got canceled due to covid-19. But the payout from that performance was supposed to fund other stuff for the era, meaning we probably got lots less because of covid-19. There are so many covid-19 pandemic issues right now in America. CDC saying no-one should go anywhere for Thanksgiving holiday. Families should not meet for holidays. Must be really rough having a career that relies heavily on people going out and being social. Even makeup is for social experiences, mostly.  

I think it is probably situational, if she is sad now, as she appeared to be in the recent haus labs images.  Covid-19 should be controlled by vaccines in the coming months. 

I do not rely on her to entertain me all the time. It would be totally wrong to say that she no longer entertains me, as some have written in that other thread. It really is such a downer to see people on an artist's fan site complaining about how they are not entertained by the artist. Like troll much? Nothing better to do than pick fights on a fan forum.

I don’t think its a great idea involving others. We all know how Whitney led her life, unfortunately. She was one of the greatest vocals but as a person she was something else.

Amy in all of the beauty of her fragile soul just couldn’t bare this world and the heartbreaks she had. 

All of them were self-destructive and I don’t believe Gaga is. 

And try reading my comment again, I specifically said ‘if this makes you depressed’ referring to her Gaga persona and the fame, than get away from it.

I will 'defend' GAGA because : 

-It's only music, doesn't have to be game changing all the time, chill you art police.

-She's great anyway : the Lady is aware of how you make a song, and is versed in music theory and **** and can play so I bet she always has a point, whatever she does.

-Maybe it's just me who's not in the mood anymore ??? 

-Criticising is not stylish. Doesn't make you look smarter. 

-Life is too hard to be negative

-If you can do better do it for F's sake. 

-If you want "better music", you know where is your dad's Pink Floyd collection, and your mom's Gershwin ok you art police ? 

-If you ****ing wanna pass a judgment and think about what is served to you, it's great. Always think twice. But do it about subjects that matter. Lady Gaga is immensely rich anyway. She doesn't need lil managers. But the planet Earth is in danger so.... Priorities on where you put your energy. 

-And yes she's had her share AND WE ALL KNOW IT...

Do you watch someone you love and all that is in your mind is judgment ? Like you're a parent and you're constantly judging your child's drawings because you would like him to be Michelangelo ???? And you end up living in negativity for both of you when there could be so much LOVE. For me it's totally what I think happens with the fanbase. 

But it's not our fault completely. Social Media and dumb kids culture is also to blame. Consumerism, Capitalism and Patriarchy blur the lines too.

If you're a vegetarian, don't go to the grill restaurant and complain that you're green bean plate is a bit boring.... 

We can share information more than opinions.

Fair enough I understand this post to an extent as there is actual hate from 'fans' on here, but lets be honest, most threads that are 'criticising' Gaga are threads that are actually respectful constructive criticism.

Music industry's rhythm and prerequisites nowadays, might also play a big part in what we perceive as disappointment.. 

Before accessing to an artistic content was harder and so people where more carefree about it and simply happy. I know some artists have disappointed their fan base, even David Bowie disappointed his fanbase at a point, but things were still different. 

If you put things in perspective there is less room for complaining that much. Compare it to small acts like Men I trust or Hako Yamasaki : mostly just records. And it's so life changing for me. 

(sorry for posting a lot, but as time goes by i find more and more reasons to simply rejoice)

All those things that you mentioned are struggles and thoughts of so many people. Do you know how many of them in the industry are on coke? It's insane. How many people have thought about suicide? 

And here we go again. She wanted to diss music so many times. In 2009 she was doing coke, in 2013 she was smoking 20 joints, since 2015-6 she has been crying through interviews so many times about this and that, mental struggles, people touching her, asking for a photo etc. In 2020 she hates Lady Gaga, she hates her piano.

At the same time she is starring in blockbusters, she's doing endorsments, she's going to Vegas, performing at rallies for politicians.

This is what she loves to do. She loves to act, she loves to write music and perform. She hates the dehumanizing aspect that comes with it. Its not hard to understand

what doesnt add up is your lack of empathy. If she ever tries to harm herself it will be fame that did that to her and lack of compassion, but shes strong and she will not leave to an “island”  and abandon her art just because some idiots tell her to do so lmfao
