Makes sense. It’s dec. imo the lush strings don’t really pair up well with the rest of the production elements. It’s a good album, not great and the reviews reflect that.

Honestly, everything from the rushed release to the content of the songs, the short length, the repetitive bland production, AND now the reviews.... this entire era is basically Ariana's Changes. 

I've experienced all of this before with Justin Bieber, and I knew this was going to happen the minute I listened to the album. If the critics weren't feeling this type of album when Justin did it, they sure as hell weren't going to give Ariana a pass.
