from few week there is also new rule for physical releases. Physical albums and singles sold with a digital download are not counted as a digital sale and are only counted as a physical sale upon shipment to the customer.
So maybe this is why there is no 911 vinyls because they would be count for Hot 100 after few week when they would be shipped.
