It's full of joy, it's edgy, it has its peaks and its lows. It's all over the place, and it really captures Gaga's passion for music at the time. Yeah, the execution was not the best, but it's far from being a bad album. Also, I think she's talking about DJWS. Remember when he said he was creating ARTPOP's little sister?
