There's always high and low moments in every season. 

In my personal taste:

Season 3/4/5/6/9

AS 2/4/5

Drag Race UK & Canada are also great

All stars 2, it has such an amazing cast i don't think they will ever have a better season.  Uk drag race season 1 was really good as well

My personal Favorite is Allstars 2, After that probably Season 9 and UK Season 1.

Season 9 because I felt that every girl got to shine.

Jaymes shone with the entrance, Kimora shone with "adjective", Charlie with the princess look, Cynthia with her finale look, Eureka getting to shine in Season 10 (like her or not, she did well in her Snatch Game.), Aja with her Linda Evangelista rant (also in All Stars, her progress in general.), Farrah with her Madonna look and her reunion fight with Valentina. Valentina shone with her looks, including her fights with Aja and Farrah, Nina with her lipsyncs and amazing runway looks, Alexis with her Kris Jenner impersonation, Peppermint with her roast, Shea in general, and of course, the two winners Trinity and Sasha.
