Are they left unchanged? Because I was looking through Mariah Carey's sales in France and she has like 2 other albums that are eligible for Diamond (since the formula was changed). Music Box (already Diamond) - 1,400,000 #1s - 732,400 Daydream - 730,400 I can only speak for Germany here (but I suspect the same failure in France) Madonnas True Blue sold 1M copies and Madonnas Music sold 600K copies in Germany yet both are 2x Platinum because the certification company had different standards. I guess that they have to certify albums with their original standard and they can't use the new standard for older albums. Hence why Poker Face will never be a diamond single in Germany because that certification didn't exist until 2013. I think France has the same stupid error in their system. We're performing better than Shallow on Spotify before the Oscars too Say So was/is big in Europe too I think. in Spain, Say So is only 10 spots below ROM - but Say So was released a bit before Supid Love but that's the only other competitor, unless Physical was bigger in places like Asia EDIT.
