COOOK 76,405
Which one of the remaining Teenage Dream songs should've been a single? Not Like the Movies and Circle the Drain were released as promotional singles before the album release, while Peacock was released on 2012 as the third promotional single. Hummingbird Heartbeat was the last single (damn is this thread even worth it?) but regardless, which one deserved the proper single treatment? Video and all? xoxo Craig 55,649
Definitely Hummingbird Heartbeak its such a bop Edit: heartbeak wtf was I saying *Heartbeat End Racism Now
ArtpopAct2 2,672
Hummingbird Heartbeat was the only viable one left Although I love Pearl and especially Circle the Drain
Lucas 20,356
From this list I think Circle The Drain is the best song but Pearl might be the best choice as a single

I don't get the hype or praise for that song, it gives me very much One Of The Boys generic bonus track. The only strong standout I see is Peacock... just imagining the salvage of the video... HH would’ve served pop rock Katy for the first time that era, something like Waking Up in Vegas. Catchy chorus too.

Hummingbird Heartbeat is so dreamy, and so catchy, and really is what the album title is about. It would be perfect as a single in the Teenage Dream era. Peacock is one of her worst songs she would have had her first major flop if that was released as a single End Racism Now

NLTM is the most dreamy that could've beautifully put an end to that era though... but Part Of Me happened but we won't talk about ha
ArtpopAct2 2,672
Keep in mind I don’t think any of them would’ve smashed on the level of the first few singles, TOTGA already broke the #1 streak. But HH had the most potential
