the answer is YES.  Yes it DOES.  As a matter of fact, it has a very CLASSIC LADY GAGA chorus!   I see a HANDFUL of people saying "911" is overrated and that the "my biggest enemy is me" part is too repetitive, boring, and ruins the song and that the song has no chorus or that it doesn't have a "PROPER" chorus.   If you take a look at lots of Lady Gaga's chorus's, you'll find that 911 isn't the only one that is VERY repetitive and NOT lyrically dense. Let's take a look, shall we?
