It never arrived, so I notified the seller and they refunded me. The tracking # now says it's in a different location (not my state) and the seller has been harassing me non-stop demanding for repayment without it even being delivered to me yet. Now the seller is more or less threatening me and got really scary, to the point where I had to report their harassment to Etsy AND the police. Etsy also has a policy where if a seller refunds someone on their own volition, you're not obligated to pay them back regardless of whether the item is received or not.
