He’s already said these are his least favorite lyrics since Born This Way, and I don’t think he’ll find the music so interesting as to make up for it. If he gave ARTPOP a 6, which to him had better lyrics and more interesting instrumentation (so far), I don’t think Chromatica is gonna get a score higher than that.
