Apparently Jake Paul has been spotted during a protest among looters. It should be noted that it is not known what he was doing; it can be assumed that he was most likely videoing what was happening. Wasn't ever a protest. Protest took place downtown Phoenix. Everyone who decided to go to Scottsdale towards the Fashion Square Mall didn't have signs.
