Beyoncé hopped on a remixed version of Megan Thee Stallion’s hit single “Savage,” and her presence helped the track push all the way to No. 1 on the Hot 100. With another No. 1 hit to her credit, Beyoncé makes history thanks to how far apart these tunes are from one another. The singer is now just the second musician to score chart-toppers on the Hot 100 in the ‘90s, ‘00s, ‘10s and now the ‘20s. The only other musician who has landed No. 1 smashes in the past four decades is Mariah Carey.

B doesn’t need any chart achievements after serving on ST and Lemonade so I really fail to understand why she loves jumping on quick remixes but slay, nevertheless :golfclap: I’d MUCH rather if Formation and Partition went #1 but I’d also wish she had divorced Jay Z so my opinion is irrelevant :billie:

Savage went #1 last week, ROM will go #1 this week. We could belong together indeed :bradley:

I don't think a #1 obtained as a featuring artist on some remix is valuable at all, but that's just my opinion

Mariah's achievement is way more iconic :ohwell:

It definitely is, however most of her #1s which are hard to get, not everyone has that to their credit :sis: are radio driven. I don't see her having more #1s than say, MJ a bit odd but we stan female talent in all forms nevertheless :lolly:
