I'm in Germany and I can confirm this. Usually most of the songs in the top 10 are German songs. American/British songs in the top 10 is always a minority and a debut in the top 10 is even more rare. Its very difficult for foreign artists to reach top 10. Because the charts are filled with 70% male German rappers and 20% german pop singers and only 10% are foreign.
