Um, planning? Execution? Release plans take a long time to be built from scratch. Everything they had planned had been SCRAPPED, all of it. Some of them might be recycled, but that'll be on the long-term. So could y'all now shut up and try to make sense, goodness.

I'm not complaining  just recommending you put in the title that this is a new interview. Many people have made threads about things she said in the zane lowe interview that's why.

I thought the interview was quite illuminating. Thank you @ARTPOPSYCHOLOGY for shelling out your own $$ for a WSJ subscription. I hope you can find lots of WSJ articles to read in the next month to make it worth it. 

Anyway, in terms of the article, it shows that Bobby and her team are well aware of things like leaks, fan opinions, etc. I trust in them to have come up with alternative promo for Chromatica; obviously, he's not going to spoil her rollout by revealing it all in that article. 

The two takeaways from this for me are: 1) He feels that people misunderstand the ARTPOP era; 2) even though the Chromatica Ball hasn't officially been cancelled or postponed, it's clear that it won't be happening this year based on what the article says (which most of us knew was likely even from the time tickets were placed on sale). Regarding #1, it's nice to see him have her back and stick up for her, and I hope he will have an opportunity to further set the record straight. Regarding #2, for the sake of y'all who have money tied up in the tour, I hope they'll announce what's going on soon so you can get your money back if you'd like.

This interview basically confirms the haus know that tour will not be taking place this year and I think confirms that they're waiting for the tour bundles to be counted before they announce the postponement/cancellation.
