Nowadays, none of them is. Britney was a huge star, the biggest at certain point. Her last attempt to be big was in 2011. Since then, she is very far from being relevant

Kudos for her for managing to score a few top 20 hits that late in her career but how long do they stay on the charts? It looks good if you just post her highest debut but you don't wanna brag about how they manage to fall off the charts after that.

How many views does she have on YouTube? How many streams does she have on Spotify? What awards or iconic performances has she done? Okay she did quite well in the beginning of the decade when pop radio was still relevant, but where is she now? In the same boat as Christina and Mariah and Usher and Gwen and Justin. 

Both her and Christina has managed to have underperforming album sales, and seeked relevancy as tv judges and doing Vegas shows. That basically sums their careers as of late.

They haven't had any record breaking hits or sales, they both haven't represented the last decade musically. They're both known as former teen pop stars who become tabloid fixtures.

That's a long ass paragraph! filled with million questions I'm tired to answer all of them, I know that you are a Beyonce stan I've seen a Beyoncé vs Britney fights on twitter but believe me I have nothing to do with Beyonce I just respect her as artist and that's it! I'm not ready to write 1000000 lines! go stream beyonce, heard that she didn't have a solo hit in the chart since ages, and thankfull that Britney didn't have to manipulate her sales? as for youtube views that question is easy! she have more than 20 videos certified! and I think she made Vegas popular after britney Gaga, Cardi B start doing it and rumour said that katy will join. these are new artist  LOVE XOXO

Britney Spears didn't change the industry. She was basically all 5 Spice Girls rolled into one and came out when acts like the Spice Girls, Aqua and the Backstreet Boys had made pure POP music cool and relevant again.
