I just don't understand why she didn't announce the delay of the tour along the delay of the album and went with the "can't wait to see you on the road this summer". Gurl, you know the album won't be released before June and you won't be able to rehearse and travel to Europe this summer.

I can't speak for other countries of course (first time that I bought tickets for a show in France), but isn't it actually always like this?:
- if there's a postponement -> tickets stay valid, if you can't go anymore you can ask for a refund
- if there's a cancellation -> you get a refund

No , in europe stadium tours are not possible in autumn, also for the weather . So if she postpones the album after summer ( she May will because US is in a terrible situation) she’ll do the tour on summer 2021.
