The script typeface being used for "Tracklist" is identical to the one being used in the promotional materials. The sans serif typeface being used for the song titles is -- to my eye -- virtually identical to the one being used on her website right now (it's a sans serif called Folio). An amateur could not have done this, full stop. But it's totally not out of the question for a pro graphic designer to have done this for giggles. Also, while it's correct to use quotations marks when referencing song titles, you don't actually put them around the titles on the album itself, nor on the tracklist.
