I doubt she’ll do more than 23, but she hasn’t played any less than 20 songs on tour since certain artRAVE shows where she did 19 (Aside from the shortened Enigma shows but those are different).

Stadium dates for Joanne World Tour had 19. Trust me I was there

At this point in her career (especially Enigma, which was basically a GHT), I think it could go either way. 

If the album smashes and is received to widespread acclaim, then I think the tour will be 95% Chromatica songs and a few crowd pleasers thrown in. 

If the album is lukewarm, it'll probably be 60% Chromatica 40% old hits. 

Same thing we saw with Madonna's Confessions Tour vs Re-Invention Tour

Oh sorry, you’re right, I knew about that but I forgot. That was still a little different in my opinion, since that was mainly due to stage restrictions, whereas this show is designed for stadiums. I’m expecting TCB to be roughly 20-23. Who knows though, I could be completely wrong!

Yeah, that's the outlook I've taken too. I've been drawing up my setlist predictions and running out of space for my fave album cuts... maybe she'll pull an Ari/Beyonce and give us 30!!

Considering there are so few shows, what is the possibility that she might do a show that’s a little longer than usual? Hmm.

Other than that, I can easily see one or two big songs from each album in.

TFM- Bad Romance, Alejandro 

BTW- BTW, TEOG

ARTPOP- Applause

Joanne- Million Reasons, Joanne (maybe)

ASIB- Shallow, ARUTW (maybe) 

With this being such a condensed selection of songs, it really opens up space for new songs.
