I think they are bits and pieces of real potential ARTPOP songs as mentioned in her tweet "I feel like I'm staring at my album on the floor in hundreds of trimmings, to be sewn into a couture gown. In beautiful pieces, she is" so she's sewn some of them into Stache. Which bits are to be used in ARTPOP (with completely different instrumentals of course) is the question.
