I can see a promo single coming somewhere this month and maybe the official 2nd single on Apr 3? 

They kinda did the same for Joanne after all:

Oct 21 - album release

Now we have to see what the 2nd single consists of, because if it's a solo Gaga track it could need more time to gain traction (especially if SL is still doing good by then, which it should). If it's an important featuring, then we could even get two hits at once.
