She was one of the Haus members with LG at the hospital during her psychotic break (Gaga herself said this during the Oprah podcast I believe), so she's definitely one of LG's friends, but I think the reason she wasn't tagged is because this was Gaga's post about her friendship with Sarah on Sarah's wedding day. There's got to be something else for her to be so happy for Sarah besides everyday things. Like could she be expecting? It's been three months since the wedding.
