dit 43,478 Posted January 28, 2020 Share Posted January 28, 2020 Her album was cohesive and you can tell a lot of thought and care was put on the record. The production is also outstanding. There's even little details in the production of some tracks that is truly sublime if you listen enough to catch it. I'm not even a fan of Billie's but even the lyricism on most tracks is pretty great for an 18 year old and her brother. They made a strong debut record that managed to also smash which then helped its odds at winning big at the Grammys. No matter how we spin it Billie deff deserved her awards. Does that mean we can't wish other songs and albums won? Of course not but i dont think we can say she is undeserving or that her album was not deserving.
