Really? I remember last year @homomo's thread with that user who hadn't logged on in 4 year and sent them weird suicidal messages in binary. The mods banned, thinking it was a spammer and they later thought that person might have needed to get help, so they tried finding the ip logs. However with Gaga's fast pace life, especially in 2013, I doubt where ever in the world she signed up for the Boris account, it wouldn't be in the exact same location with the same IP address as the supposed "new account".
