I knew JLo was shaky the moment she missed BAFTA, but I never thought it would be Kathy (who missed almost everything else and is her film sole nom) but yay for Florence Pugh! Joker in directing? ... lemme go check on film twitter, they'll never learn that the Academy don't care about their smear campaign I am the most excited about the last two spots of Best Actor... Banderas instead of Taron (with all his campaigning) take that fraud HFPA! Awkwafina's globe win was too close to the nominations deadline to help I guess... the first four BA spots were locked! I almost dropped Spirit while making the last changes to my predictions last night but didn't have the guts... guess they didn't care about the name! Scarjo and her double noms, love that for her!
