If I'm not mistaken the license plate is from the Small Talk video: a California license plate that says Good Dog - the "California" and "Good Dog"Â are clearly unrelated. How could anyone ever think that was a title. I guess a fan won it? And Katy signed it saying "love and light". Just a positive message. The same way someone might write "best wishes" or "lots of love" on a card or whatever. Teenage Dream is a genuine album, that's why it works so well and resonates with people. Prism was just her capitalizing on Teenage Dream's light hearted bops which also works but diminishes her artistry. I actually haven't listened to Witness. You need to be truly involved in a fanbase for a certain amount of time to really know whatever you just said.
