COOOK 76,405
The press shaming ARTPOP is like them being unable to acknowledge the fact that without ARTPOP, she wouldnât be where she is today.

AdmistTheLight 2,269
Cool, two things: 1. I'm tired of the ARTPOP shade. What is halfhearted? Puddle-deep? Typical critic high horse. 2. I'm not a Nickki fan but she deserves to be on this list. Liberaté mi amor
Economy 43,905
Kesha whose career lasted all of 2 years is on the list but not Katy?  I gotta read what they said  Edit: oh the me too movement makes sense. I thought they purely meant art wise
KingRedd 3,139
Tbh Iâve done thinking and Gaga herself set ARTPOP up to fail. The article is a little too shady but one thing they got right was that ARTPOP was projected by Gaga to be this blast of artistic/musical innovation with deep themes and art in front of pop. But then the music came out and it was Ma ma ma manicure. Her looks and interviews just didnât match her music. Had she made it seem like ARTPOP was going to be a fun edm album then I think it wouldâve done better lol they do need to stop dragging it though.  The Bey shade lmao I mean if she wanted top tens she wouldâve gotten it with lemonade: Formation and Sorry. Formation was at the Halftime show and caused such a roar. It definitely wouldâve been number 1. Sorry was big because the Becky controversy... top ten for sure. She was being loyal to her husband and there isnât any fault in that lol these women donât need to have top tens to prove their power.  Katy sweetie Iâm so sorry... I guess Katy is too basic to innovate.  Nicki Definitely needs to be in the list I mean she was huge this decade and she did what a lot of rap females canât do and thatâs cross over to pop. Sucks that they didnât list her.  Rihanna needs to drop a damn album or take her ass off the list lmao Iâm tired of waiting.   May I Read You? đ

NCgaga 4,122
Itâs amazing to think that out of all the female popstars that sprung up around 1999/2000(Aguilera, Britney, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore, Avril Lavigne) that Pink, wound up being the most successful of all of them.

C1trus 4,230
Katy was literally the definition of "easy to digest" pop songs this decade. Why's Kesha there? Lol Îč'ĐŒ ÏÏ ââÎčηg ÒŻÏÏ Ń sŃŃÎčηgs
StrawberryBlond 13,183
I can't read the entire article as I don't want to switch off the adblocker, so I'd like to ask, do they mention Lana? Because I find it such a joy that more and more people and critics are starting to acknowledge how much influence she's had on music since she debuted and has opened up the door for a different kind of mainstream female. It's great that she's getting this recognition because apart from her debut, she's never been a massive multi-million album seller. It goes to show that you don't need massive sales to have impact. I might be wrong about this but I think she writes more of her own material than any of the others you listed. Like ol' Jackson Maine said, "you've gotta have something to say" and P!nk definitely does God created Adam and Eve, but Gá»dga collabed with Brianđș and Steveđ·
