I mean deserved, the album was awful. The best song on it is For You and it probably wasn't made with the intention of it being on the album

To think, he spent all this time on this album, longer than any other member and it turns out being the worst received out of all of them. It's even sadder to think that he passed up time with his son to write, record and promote this mess. It only peaked at #17 in the UK as well, even though it's his native country and the place that gave his singles the best charting. I hope this gives him all the message he needs that solo work isn't his calling because we can do with less former group members thinking that they're all worthy of being solo stars. At the end of the day, you got put into a group for a reason.
