It's her Björk swan dress, it's her JLo Versace look. Imo it doesn't matter that she can't seemingly "top" the impact of it because with enough space from it it doesn't really matter if she does or not. I personally don't think she can top this impact in terms of bizarre fashion as this is about as bizarre as you can get, BUT I think she has lots of room to be iconic in different fashionable ways that can similarly land with resounding crashes in her legacy like this did.
