It has much better lyrics, much better vocals, its productions aren't recycled, the songs comes with a story and meanings which makes the listener want to approach Gaga, it has a lot of genres to explore, Gaga is at her most intimate and overall the album is REALLY SOLID in comparation with ARTPOP which has really high moments but also some lows which doesn't keep up with the rest of the album. ARTPOP had more iconic high-fashion moments, but looks and costume only gets an era so far, and ARTPOP was very "looks without substance" for the most part overall imo. That said, both albums were put out by two very different women, so its impossible to really compare with no playing field; let alone a level playing field.
