Physical media is dying (RIP Blockbuster lol) and studios are desperate to squeeze every dollar out they can. Special editions of the most random stuff comes out allll the time. ASIB is a new movie only being released a year ago whereas Titanic is almost 22 years old, and on top of that has seen the transition from VHS to DVD to BD so of course there's going to be a higher 'edition' count; a long with being the highest grossing.
