Thats bullshit and we know it. There is plenty of evidence that Dr. Puke abused her; from an eating disorder, gaga stepping up and insinuating that Dr.Luke had a run in with her, him calling her a fat fxcking refrigerator to her mom and dad backing her. There is no way in hell that kesha would make such a big deal over nothing anyways

Kesha spent actual years without being able to release music, opened up about her struggles and tried for the longest time to build a case against Dr. Luke and has had her story of abuse and harassment corroborated by multiple people, one of them being Gaga herself.

Is it really far-fetched to want to extend sympathy to victims and believe that a man in power has abused his position and caused people pain?

But yeah, whatever let's pretend that she is indeed lying, which by the way just doesn't make sense. Let's pretend that we live in a world where that's the most logical conclusion to get to. Even if that was the case, the man still has a career for ****'s sake, his life wasn't ruined by this. He's still rich and powerful.

Just because it wasn't "proved" in court it doesn't make it unbelievable or fair. It's a man's world, let's not act like **** like that doesn't happen on a daily basis.

This is revictimization and I feel so sorry that Kesha has to live through this (as do so many people who are put in similar situations all the time)

But you can only sue for false claims successfully by proving two things:

1. That the claims really are false

2. That the false claims harmed your reputation (and thus you're owed damages, you can't just sue on principal)

It is HARD to sue successfully for false claims because you need to fulfill both of those requirements, and the burden of proof is on the plaintiff. So lots o' luck to him, he's gonna be walking uphill.

I’m not defending Dr. Luke orKesha. Nobody really knows.
