It's a thing a lot of amateur singers struggle with because they forget they don't need to over growl or sing too loudly when they have a microphone right in front of their mouth lol but she is in her mid 20s and has been singing for years so I really need her to improve rather quickly/ Come on...by now she needs to be on top of her volume control but she still isn't and hasn't been for many performances so it's not just a one off. I fully support her and think a lot of the criticism she gets on here stems from a mean place but in regards to her vocals she's been rather messy but has sooo much potential because she does have the vocal range and a nice tone.
