Gaga is not really on the legend tier yet for me, but give her time and we'll see 

all of the people mentioned each have 20+ years experience and have impacted music in a huge way and to have a career and massive fanbase after 20 years + is amazing!

Neither is Britney and she never will be.  She never even deserved a music career in the first place.

You dont follow her yet it seems like you follow the Beyonce hate-train.... This isnt the first footage we've seen of Beyonce playing the piano (which BTW, she started learning the piano under the direction of Prince). She was seen playing the piano in Lemonade and in her and Jay'z anniversary song she wrote for him "Die With You".

I'm going to need Beyoncé to step more out of her comfort zone before we can call her anything of the sort. She's, definitely, one of the biggest... but I wouldn't consider her one of the best artists just yet. She still has yet to take an actual artistic risk. She's still been playing within the confines of pop, hip-hop and R&B. Can she actually do an electronica album? Soft rock? Jazz? I'm sure she could, but why doesn't she?

Gaga just needs to release more music. She's already shown us that she's comfortable with stepping out of her comfort zone. Could  Beyoncé release a jazz album as a main album? Country, soft rock? Gaga has done more than take influences from various genres, she actually has adopted that style and released albums with different sounds at their core. That's what Beyoncé needs to be able to do, not just simply pull an influence from here and there.

At the end of the day, they're both ridiculously talented and I only want to see them continue to grow. I look forward to what they both do in the next decade. I feel like Beyoncé is at a point where she should start experimenting with her music more. And I just need Gaga to actually release some music.

But to me, the only area where Beyonce can overcome Gaga is when it comes to dancing skills . Still, even in this field, Gaga could reach her level if she really wanted to; with hard work. 

Those saying that Beyonce is a " better performer " than Gaga have obviously never watched a live performance of Gaga ....

Vocally? Yeah, she's probably technically the best, i'll give her that, but you have to agree that she's not capable to write sh** or even create an interesting concept for her albums and she's not spontaneous at all and that's a fact ,also i personally don't even like the way she vocalizes and her overall style. Also her discography apart for the very few memorable songs she has is pretty boring

I’m triggered because the title doesn’t include “pop artists” and because it would’ve been wrong even if it did.

There are at least 100 musical artists in the world that deserve to be mentioned before Gaga and Beyonce, and probably about 25 pop stars when it comes to artistry.
