I think its because Gaga has been nominated/winning in both Acting and Music. If I remember Adele is only in the music branch because of her Best Original Song win. There were six people invited to join more than one branch and it clearly stated on the invitation that they had to pick one branch to be a member of. My guess is that the image states both because the Academy has not officially stated which branch she joined. The Academy doesn't even have an official members list.
