I don’t know what to say, honestly I’m losing hope knowing now that Britney’s attorney is from Jaime’s side I guess legal justice is like this, it takes a lot of time to see any results and in our position we won’t know 99% of what happens there.

The lawyer she didn't chose who might win money from it I guess ? Not sure if he/she's trustful. And who wanted the conservatorship to be investigated in the first place ? Was it Britney?

Yeah pretty sure he is being paid to work against her. Disturbing that she is not even allowed to hire a lawyer who she wants to.

it's the strangest thing ever there was no news 

TMZ/The Blast usually get told stuff from Team B, unless it looked really unfavourably on Team B so they didn't leak any information?

all that is known is that i believe we are next waiting for the hearing in Jan 2020 - i think everything was extended until then.

lynne said she 'can't' give details of anything unfortunately

the pap asked whether britney is happy - lynne said 'yes she is'

The court hearing was private, but here is everything we know so far:

- Britney & Lynne are asking to have Jamie permanently removed as conservator (source Daily Blast)
- Lynne doesn't want to be the conservator, she prefers a third party will be a better choice.
- Lynne’s lawyer said he intended to speak about 730 report and “whether there is one” (source Britneysgram)
- Jamie isn’t opposed to being removed as conservator of Britney as the person, but will fight any attempt to remove him as conservator of her estate (source Us weekly)
- the hearing was then postponed to Jan 22
