You don't have to like this look in paticular but clearly Gaga does or she wouldn't have picked it Sarah is a true professional, she isn't afraid to try new things and doesn't do the same old instamakeup everytime. She's won multiple awards for her work and worked with major make-up brands.  By all means if you're not a fan of her work that's totally fine but I fail to see how she isn't proffesional.
