I think this is the most strict Gamefreak has been with their Pokémon roster, we still don’t know what the starters evolve into and what the new eeveelution(s) is/are

The leak has been right about everything: from Marnie, Dynamaxing, Gigantamaxing, the Galarean forms, camping, and now Sirfetch'd. Now time to cope with Fire/ Fighting (yes), and Big Gorilla.

(This may not be something new for some people but here we go for the rest who don't know yet)

The Pokémon Company opened a website for Japan that allowed you to see the Dinamax Pokémon and its data contained code names of Galar's Pokémon that give us details of their evolutionary lines! 

"Gorilla1" was used to describe Grookey, revealing his third and last evolution will be, in fact, a Gorilla! 

Sobble was under the codename "Chameleon1", meaning it will still be a chameleon at the end. The same goes for Scorbunny ("Usagi1")

Yamper, will have more evolutions (1 or 2 more) 'cause his codename was "Inu1".  The same goes for Wooloo ("Wool1"), Rolycoly ("Sekitan1") and Gossifleur ("Touwata").

On the other hand, Morpeko and Duraludon won't have evolutions ("Pospika", "Haganedoragon", no numbers included)

Corviknight will be the regional bird and is the last of his evolutionary line ("Gcommondori3")

While Alcremie, Polteageist and Drednaw are actually evolutions from a first form! ("Gcream2", "Teacup2" and "Gkame2").
