I’m glad things went the way they went. It got our Queen where she is now. Gaga is incomparable to anyone. Her talents exceeded even her own expectations. imo Katy isn’t in touch with her talent. ST is a kind of bland, forgettable song so if it had done well it only would from her name being attached to it. Not bad, but not impactful, either. NRO is a cute song, though, with a nice video and people liked it! I mean, this stuff happens when you have 5 #1s off of an album and then a couple other smashes on the next. Michael Jackson courted pedophilia and overall "being weird and creepy" tabloid rumors that tanked him (valid or not; I'm saying people started sniffing because of how big he was). Madonna has had a ROUGH past few years, but she's starting to be appreciated again and Madame X got dec reviews! Even Gaga had people clocking her during BTW and AP because people love knocking down people on top. Stuff happens when you're on top, you weather it and move on.
