Welcome all to the ceremony for the album Rainbow by Kesha. Red Carpet officially starts now and the cereony starts in a 1/2 hour.  Kesha recently announced to Billboard that she is working on her 4th studio album and it will sound more upbeat and similar to her first album Animal Results:
