I usually dismiss this plagiarism cases cause they never sound enough alike, but taylor straight out stole the melody. And that CAN be sued for. Chords and notes no, but the actual melody is easier to take down in court

This. I'm somewhat neutral about Taylor, but I agree. I also agree that this is a really strong coincidence, though. Intent would have to be proven
