I've heard of several instances, but the only one I really know has to do with dance because I have a particular interest in dance. The costumes/dance moves from several frames of Countdown are a direct copy of a documentary of Keersmaeker's Rosas danst Rosas. It's a moderately well known contemporary dance and Rosas, the dance company, are fairly well known in much of Europe but haven't really crossed over into the English language world unless one is into dance/choreography in general. She called Bey out, Bey said something like her dance was one of many inspirations, and Keersmaeker's threw back that it wasn't so much inspiration as direct copying and that one needs to ask first before using the choreography. All of the sudden she went away and stopped talking, and it was pretty much assumed that she got paid off.

The idea itself isn't that unique. 

Almost everyone thinks of long colorful cloth in the wind once or twice. 

Not saying she didn't feel inspired but not saying she wasn't either we can't just conclude she plagiarized this 

Could be a coincidence.

And yes, me adding the 'Fantasy Ride' mention was and is childish it served it's purpose. 

Ciara didn't invent alter ego's but that doesn't take away the fact that Beyoncé walked away with Ciara's concept.
