Baby. recording sessions, where Pharrell Williams convinced Gwen to record some other songs for a L.A.M.B. tour DVD. in 2005, the two recorded 'Candyland' (an unreleased track), 'Wind it Up', and 'Orange County Girl'. after being impressed by the results, Pharrell convinced Gwen to write a "L.A.M.B. part two". 'Breakin' Up' and 'Flourescent' were born during these sessions, but suddenly, Gwen became pregnant (Pharrell sweetie...). in Gwen's own words, her pregnancy left her completely uninspired in music. after she had the baby, she had another rush of inspiration, and she turned back to the tracks she already had. the idea of a "L.A.M.B. part two" became redundant in her eyes, as the tour had long finished, and she decided to re-master the tracks she had and record some more, on a new basis. the rest of the album was hereby recorded (legendary bops such as 'The Sweet Escape' and iconic ballads like 'Early Winter') The Sweet Escape 1.
