As seen in FF2, the doctor talks to her about this pain that's in her face and that she's always running from the title (of Lady Gaga) Perhaps she wears her hair like this because when it's down, it can fall onto her face and it may cause her even more pain? I have fibromyalgia also and I know that's how I feel. Any sort of thing touching the area that's inflamed can cause what feels like 10x worse pain. I often feel this too and put my hair out of my face purely so it doesn't get even more painful. She's beautiful no matter what though hair up, her down.. it's all perfect.
