It was obviously a commercial move from Interscope and she agreed on it. At least Billie was always a fan of Justin and this is probably a dream come true of hers. Starstruck is an album track and that was the original version of the song. Bad Guy is Billie’s first big hit and this is a remix coming out at the last second to maybe make the song go #1.
