SharkmanthaC 105,094 Posted July 1, 2019 Share Posted July 1, 2019 Legally (at least in the US), you can be filmed if you are in a public space (and put on TV). My husband does this everyday for his job. However, if someone asks not to be put on TV he doesn't out of courtesy. But going up to someone's face like that and trying to interview them is a bit much. And she was nice in the beginning. She shouldn't have gone back to the reporter just to kick it up again, she should have just left it alone. They couldn't have followed her in the store.
